Meet Our Faculty

Dr. Kyle Allison
Adjunct Instructor
Dr. Allison has developed an expertise in data analytics, primarily through the digital marketing field. He has worked as an adjunct instructor in data analytics for multiple schools, is an Adobe Digital Analyst, and has served as a Subject Matter Expert for Midland in helping build the MS Degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics. Dr. Allison earned his Doctor of Business Administration from California Intercontinental University and his Master of Business Administration from Amberton University.
Courses – Technology and Analytics for Managers, Data Visualization, Leadership & Influence in Business Intelligence, Consulting Capstone.

Robert Blacklidge
Adjunct Instructor
Blacklidge currently serves as Executive Director for Domi Station, a startup incubator and coworking space in Tallahassee, Florida, and has served as an adjunct instructor for Midland since December of 2021. Blacklidge has been actively involved in tech and startup companies, including hackathons and entrepreneurial events. He earned his MBA with a certificate in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Midland in 2015 and his MS Management Information Systems from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in 2021. He also earned a Systems Analysis and Design certificate from UNO.
Courses – Data Mining, Technology and Analytics for Managers.

Lisa Eyer
Adjunct Instructor
Eyer currently serves as Vice President for Client Success at Consero Global. She has more than 20 years of experience in operations with the financial services industry, including working with Citibank and First Data/Fiserv. Eyer earned her MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2021.
Course – Operations Management.

Morgan Wise
Adjunct Instructor
Wise is a Quantitative Analyst, Enterprise Modeling for Farm Credit Services of America. He has worked as a senior practitioner in data analytics, statistical analysis, and business modeling within the financial services industry, having previously worked at First National Bank of Omaha and First Data. Wise earned his MS in Statistics from Brigham Young University in 1992.
Course – Managerial Statistics.
