Education Endorsements & Certificates

Midland University’s graduate-level education endorsements and certificates help practicing teachers focus their attention on a specific teaching area. Our standalone endorsements and certificates start in the summer and can be completed in a year. These endorsements and certificates can also be paired with core classes to earn a Master of Education in Leadership, Teaching, and Learning or a Master of Special Education depending on the type of certificate chosen.

The Walker School of Education graduate program’s mission is to prepare culturally responsive educators and leaders who demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and dispositions needed to build a culture of learning; implement principles of effective instruction and leadership; apply data-driven decision-making to inform continuous school improvement; demonstrate professionalism and respect; and foster inclusive and equitable learning environments for all stakeholders of the school community.
