The Nebraska All-Star Rock and Roll band was created by Steve Narans. Gathering other musicians he knew from his days of having his own band in the 1960s, Narans and his group assembled to play a Ribfest event in Duncan, Nebraska and have been together ever since.
Members of the band are from towns across Eastern Nebraska and the band has representatives from Music Hall of Fames in Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota.
Their setlist features many artists from the 60s and 70s, including The Beatles, The Beach Boys, Four Tops, Aretha Franklin, The Rolling Stones, Elvis Presley, and a host of other spectacular acts from those eras.
The Nebraska All-Star Band provides music to sing and dance to, and to relive some great memories every time they play. They love their music, their fans, and performing with each other.
Band members include: Tim Tarnick, Ken Walters, John Carlotto, Mike Brownson, Colin Narans, Jon Hischke, Chuck Siegel, Murry Johnston, Donna Jaixen, Teresa Pasonault, Kay Swerczek, Steve Narans, Jim Davis, Don Peterson, and Steve Nosal.
