You can find your Student ID number in the FreshX app. This number is used to scan and check out the materials at the Library.

When is the library open?

Standard hours during the academic year are:

How do I get full text articles in the databases?

When you are searching in a database, the first thing you should do is limit your searches to the full text. If you don’t do this, there will be articles that appear that won’t have the complete article. To limit your search to full text, look on the left-hand side of your screen and you will find two small arrows: By clicking this, it will expand your limiters. The first limiter listed is the full text. Once you check that box, your search will update to only full-text articles.

What if there is an article that I want that isn’t full text?

If there is an article that you would like that isn’t full text, you can request an Interlibrary Loan. To do this, you can use the Interlibrary Loan Request Google Form found under the Services tab on the Luther Library website.
