Men's Swimming

Midland University announced the addition of varsity swimming for its inaugural season in 2017-18. The Warriors will practice and compete in the Dillon Family Aquatic Center which is slated to open in January 2018 in Fremont, as part of the nation’s largest YMCA facility. Midland will compete as an associate member of the Mid-South Conference.

Men's Tennis

Midland University Men's Tennis tied a program record by winning 15 matches during the 2015-16 season. The tennis teams compete and practice at the nation's second largest YMCA in Fremont, Nebraska. There are significant menís tennis scholarships available at Midland University for students looking to play collegiate tennis.

Midland University Men’s Track and Field competes in the NAIA’s Great Plains Athletic Conference. Warrior Track and Field athletes compete in some of the region’s top meets, and there are substantial track and field scholarships for student-athletes interested in collegiate competition.

Men's Wrestling

Midland University Men’s Wrestling was reinstated in 2010 and has quickly built a reputation as one of the nation’s top programs. In the last five seasons, the Warriors have produced 13 NAIA All-American selections, including two individual NAIA National Champion and two individual NAIA National Runners-up.

Midland University introduced co-ed powerlifting as a varsity sport in 2016-17. In its inaugural season, freshman Mason Cabney became the Warriors first-ever USAPL individual national champion. The Warrior powerlifting team practices in its own facility on campus as Midland University.

Midland University Softball has developed a strong reputation as a winning program over the past decade. The Lady Warriors have appeared in the GPAC Conference Championship Game in two of the last five seasons. Midland has significant softball scholarships for athletes who love softball and want to grow both on and off the field.

Midland University concluded the 2016 season with their fourth straight appearance at the NAIA National Championships and advanced to the Final Four for the first time in program history. The Lady Warriors have reached the GPAC postseason championship match in four straight seasons, winning in 2013 and 2015. Midland won the 2017 regular season GPAC crown.

Midland University Women’s Basketball holds a rich legacy of bringing out the best in student-athletes. With a tradition stretching across nearly fifty years, Warrior Women’s Basketball is known for quality play, exciting games, and character filled student-athletes.

Women's Bowling

Midland University Women’s Bowling was added in 2010, and has quickly become well known on the national stage. The Warriors finished as the USBC Intercollegiate Team Championship National Runners-up in 2012. Midland University is one of the few colleges that offers student-athletes significant women’s bowling scholarships.

Midland University Women’s Cross Country travels the country to take on the region's top courses.  We have plenty of women’s cross country scholarships available for student-athletes who love to run.

Midland University Women’s Golf student-athletes travel to compete at the region’s top courses, and there are significant women’s golf scholarships at Midland. The Warriors host home events at the lush Fremont Golf Club.
