Writing Minor

Midland University students can also choose to earn a minor in Writing. This interdisciplinary program is designed for students contemplating careers that emphasize writing and the teaching of writing, or students who wish to enhance their written communications skills, or those entertaining the study of law or business. Students seeking a Midland Writing Minor can participate in 12 credit hours in classes like Wordsmiths, Linguistics, Introduction to Creative Writing, Research and Writing, Digital Photography, Writing for Media, and Writing about Social Issues.
