After Acceptance

Once a student has been accepted into the RN to BSN program option, they will need to submit their $250 enrollment deposit to secure their place in their classes. Please, note: the enrollment deposit is nonrefundable due to the fact that we may have turned down other students to secure your seat in the program. Enrollment deposits will be applied to your first term bill.

Accepted students will also need to set up a CastleBranch account to complete the required background check and drug testing. The cost of the account is approximately $129.50 this covers the expense for drug testing and background/abuse checks.  Proof of immunizations, CPR, health insurance coverage, and other requirements will be submitted via your CastleBranch Account.

To apply for financial aid, please visit www.fafsa.ed.gov and use Midland University’s financial aid code: 002553.

How do I know where I am in the admissions process?

Students can keep track of their application progress by logging into their application portal to see their status at any given time. From there, students can view what documents they still need to turn in and they can also view what they have already submitted.

Please, note: The submission of required documents and payment of the enrollment deposit are the main requirements that can hold up a student’s admission into a program.

Who can help me sign up for classes?

Students who are enrolled in one of Midland’s Graduate and Professional Studies programs should:

  • Pay their bill or set up a payment plan.
  • Then, contact their advisor to make sure they have a program of study in place.
  • Once a program of study is in place, the student’s advisor will automatically continue to register them for classes based on their program of study.

Any student who would like to know what their curriculum path looks like, please contact your advisor.
